When I was much younger and things didn’t magically fall into place I would push harder, try to endure, and stay on task. Sometimes it worked, and sometimes it didn’t. Then later in life when I experience a very serious head injury everything changed. All of a sudden, I was no longer able to override my inner direction. Instead I had to listen to my body and allow it to guide me one tiny step at a time. To say the least, it was a very humbling experience.
You don’t have to experience a head injury or go through a long and difficult journey of recovery to learn a new way too approach life and accomplish your goals. There is a much simpler way.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE, because they are an easy way to reconnect with your internal voice and find the support and guidance you need to accomplish your goals.
