We do not have to strive for wholeness—wholeness exists within us. Sometimes it may be clouded by false beliefs about life or ourselves, but it is always there. When we are moving from, and experiencing life from, our conscious mind we are able to both feel our wholeness and move through life from our wholeness. This is important, because as Wayne Dyer said, “We attract what we are, not what we want.”
When we are in and moving through life from our conscious mind we attract situations that support our wholeness and our authentic nature. Conversely, when we are operating from, and moving through life from, our subconscious mind, we attract situations that reinforce our tapes. Now this can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your own personal tapes.
With this in mind, if your life isn’t playing out the way you would like, then you might want to think about spending more time operating from your conscious mind instead of your subconscious mind.
Is there a simple way can you accomplish this? Yes!
Activities that quiet the mind, open the heart and relax the body are effective ways to shift mind-states. My favorite way for shifting my mind-states and gaining insight about my true nature is drawing. Why? Drawing requires me to go inward, open my heart, relax my body, and shift my mind-states. It also serves as a form of biofeedback, because my state of mind when I am drawing is what appears on the canvas. If I am anxious or fearful, that is visible on the canvas. If I am happy and filled with love, that is also visible on the canvas. This is also true with the ICWIB activities. Yes, even something as simple as scribbling and drawing circles and lines, if approached in an exploratory manner, can help you gainer deeper insight into yourself and your life.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE because they are a simple and effective way to learn how to activate your conscious mind and in the process attract a life that is more supportive of your authentic nature.
