Wholeness is not something we need to strive for or try to obtain. Wholeness exists within us. It is our perceptions or beliefs about life and ourselves that disconnect us from this awareness and can prevent us from moving through life in a rewarding manner. The I Create What I Believe! (ICWIB) activities are designed to help you transform beliefs and perceptions that would otherwise keep you mired in old behavior and make it difficult for you to reconnect with your authentic self.
Today I want to share a video of the third version of Just Scribble, the first activity in the ICWIB program for you to explore. In case you haven’t had a chance to explore Versions One and Two, here are the links to those activities as well.
The purpose of Just Scribble Version Three is to help you further identify the strengths and weaknesses of both your linear mind and your creative mind. It can also help you identify in what kind of situations it is more advantageous for you to lead or initiate action from your linear mind versus your creative mind. Using this activity over time can also help you integrate the two hemispheres of your mind, thus making it easier for you to create the life you want.
I do not recommend version three of Just Scribble for young children because it requires complex observation and reflection. I normally only teach Version One (individual hands) and Version Two (two hands together) to young children. These two versions are adequate for a young child to explore both sides of their brain, strengthen the weaker side, and encourage both hemispheres to work in tandem.
I hope you enjoy the Just Scribble Version Three video.
