Are your comfortable or uncomfortable with your creativity? What ignites your creativity and what stifles it? Where are you the most comfortable being creative? At home? At work? In the kitchen? In the garden? Do you like creating with others? Or do you prefer creating by yourself?
I think everyone is creative. I also feel having a good understanding of this part of ourselves, and using it regularly, is very important. This is because creativity can reduce stress, release bottled-up emotions, help you gain more clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself and the world.
I personally find that doing something creative can help me shake off a stressful experience and connect with what is important to me. This is because creativity moves you out of reactivity and activates your conscious problem-solving mind.
The ICWIB program is a simple way to expand your creative nature and in the process activate your conscious mind.
I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB art activities and videos for FREE.
