This charming short video reminded me in less than two minutes what I need to do to be happy. The pandemic has created an excessive amount of stress in many people’s lives. This in turn has activated their subconscious or reactive mind. Unfortunately no thinking takes place in that part of our mind. It merely reacts and plays out beliefs and behavior that we acquired when we were young. Unfortunately about 70% of those beliefs are negative and disempowering. So if you are feeling stressed, or are fostering negative thoughts you might want to watch and take some of the advice this charming video offers.
