Since every day we seem to be bombarded with more and more stress, Alex and I would like to share some simple tips, and stories with you to hopefully put a smile on your face and help you keep your head screwed on straight in these very, very challenging times.
Today I would like to talk about the mind—or more specifically the uniqueness of your mind.
Do you know how your mind works? Do you know its strengths and its weaknesses? And do you know how to compensate for any weaknesses and capitalize on its strengths?
Education today is mainly designed for the linear thinker, but you only have to turn on the news or read a newspaper to know that our world needs lots “out of the box” thinkers right now to resolve many of our current problems.
So maybe this is the time for all of us to take the time to discover and appreciate the uniqueness of our own mind. Maybe it is time to focus not only what we can’t do, but what we naturally excel at and how that ability could serve the world. Maybe this is the time for all of us to step into and embrace our wholeness and share the uniqueness of our own mind with the world.
With this in mind, I invite you to explore some of the ICWIB! art activities and videos for FREE, because they are a wonderful way to activate your conscious problem-soling mind and in the process discover your unique and untapped talents.
