In this short video, Abbe shows how she physically used affirmations to help herself and then others learn to transform negative thoughts and messages into a positive and supportive internal dialogue. Knowing how to transform negative thoughts and messages into positive thoughts and messages is important, because our thoughts impact our biology and science has shown that 70% of our random thoughts are negative. This alone can have a detrimental effect on our ability to succeed.
