Choosing Love

In this delightful video, Dr. Bruce Lipton and his wife Margaret Horton share with you the importance of choosing love and how that one single choice can change your whole life.

It is important to remember that the body can only read two emotions—fear and love. Hate, anger, anxiety, guilt, and frustration can trigger the reactive subconscious mind, which is where our fundamental beliefs about life and ourselves are stored. No thinking takes place in this part of the mind. Love, contentment, peace, and joy activate the conscious, creative, problem-solving mind. In that part of the mind, we have the capacity to create anything. Deciding to choose love is quite simple; however, stepping into each moment with or from love can sometimes be a challenge

If we want to create an authentic and joyous life, we must first learn to identify when we are in our reactive mind versus our creative mind, then we need to transform the beliefs and perceptions we have acquired, which are at the root of our fears, and replace those old beliefs with more accurate beliefs, perceptions, and responses.

So how can we accomplish this in our fear-ridden society, where we are already overbooked with commitments and overloaded with stress?

The I Create What I Believe! Program, endorsed by Dr. Lipton and based on his research, offers fun and scientifically sound tools to restore balance in your body and help you shift effortlessly from your reactive mind into your conscious, creative, and problem-solving mind.

Solving Problems

When Albert Einstein said, “We can’t solve problems using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them,” what he was referring to was the role of the conscious mind versus the subconscious or unconscious mind. I feel most of the problems today are created when people are in their unconscious or reactive…

One of the most important messages you will ever hear!

The implications Dr. Bruce Lipton’s research has radically changed our understanding of life, specifically dispelling the myth that we have no control over—and are victims of—our genetics. This video shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology; instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts.

In this dynamic and mind-shifting video, Dr. Lipton also talks about the evolutionary stages that have transpired since the beginning of time and how these steps are playing out right now in our personal life and life as we know it on this planet.

Very simplistically, in the first evolutionary step there was bacterium. Then they colonized and became an amoeba. When the amoeba colonized they became a human. As humans we are now colonizing into a super-organism called humanity.

To become part of the cooperative community that is coming together creating this new super organism called humanity, we need to approach life from the awareness of our integrated connection instead of the survival of the fittest perspective. In order to accomplish this, many of us will need to change some of our fundamental beliefs about life and ourselves.

Is there a simple way that both children and adults can change their outdated and inaccurate beliefs and perceptions so he or she can become a healthy and positive contributing cell in this new super organism we call humanity?

The I Create What I Believe! Program, endorsed by Dr. Lipton and based on his research, offers a fun and scientifically sound tool to do this. In Activity One, Version Two, this fun and simple exercise will help you become a healthy, vibrant, and positive contributing member of humanity.

Wandered

What do you do when you feel lost? What do you do when you feel disoriented or confused? What do you do when you or your mind wanders so far you can’t find your way back to yourself? When I was younger I used to try and muscle through those moments. I tried to pretend…

Sensations

Don’t try and understand your scribbles in a linear or logical way. Instead use scribbling to help you ask tap into your feelings, senses, and body sensations. The goal is to integrate your body, mind, and spirit, which means we need to get out of our head. There are many ways to accomplish this, but…

Living from our deepest wishes and desires

In an interview on E-Motion Health, Dr. Bruce Lipton shared that we’ve been programmed (similar to the Matrix) and that our lives have been driven by the program, instead of our deepest wishes and desires. He said that this programming resides in the subconscious mind, and once we let go of the program we can change our lives instantaneously and live from our deepest wishes, desires, and aspirations.

So how can we let go of, or change, our programming?

The I Create What I Believe! Program, endorsed by Dr. Lipton and based on his research, offers this fun and scientifically sound tool to change your perceptions, let go of inaccurate programming, and help you create a more authentic life.

Compare

Mr. Rogers used to say, “There is only one you.” If we are all unique, then how can we possibly compare ourselves with other people? This is like comparing apples with pineapples. On the other hand, if we accept that we are different, then I think the question could change to: How can I become…

Humor

Humor is a wonderful antidote for stress, a delightful way to release bottled-up emotions and ultimately change your perceptions. Some people are natural comedians, while others may find themselves stifled in this department. I grew-up in an environment where thinking differently was frowned on and poking fun at something was not tolerated, so my humorist…
